Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. JOEM is strong and market leader especially in 2 Wheeler segment.
Job Description
二輪車/パワースポーツ車両向けパワートレインシステムエンジニア兼テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャ (EV/ICE)
- パワートレインシステム開発ステークホルダーの技術インターフェース
- 社内外のプロジェクト技術要求のマネージメント
- 社内外の開発目標達成に向けたパワートレインシステムの要件定義及び開発
- 国内外のハードウエア,ソフトウェア、適合等の開発部隊への技術要件展開及びトラッキング
- 実車、試験環境等における要件検証、システム動作検証、最適化
System Engineer/Technical Project Manager for two-wheeler and powersports (EV/ICE)
- Single point of contact for interdisciplinary effort to define design, integrate and manage powertrain system
- Definition and development of a powertrain system together with customer to meet the project objectives with the best outcome
- Deployment and management of technical requirement to interdisciplinary/international team (e.g. Hardware, Software, Calibration in various regions) and management with the use of relevant tools
- Validate fulfillment of requirement on powertrain level
- Orchestrate the team with coordinated actions intended to complete powertrain system
- Balancing the reasonable expectations by balancing project deliverables
Qualifications
- Electrical/Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Experience of electric control product development (Prefer)
- Electric device development experience. (Prefer)
- Japanese communication skills (Business level)
- English communication skills (TOEIC > 600)
- Basic knowledge of Motorcycle (Prefer)
- Structured and reliable working style
- Open minded and team-oriented personality
- Challenging sprit and driving force for new things.
